DevOps enables teams to deliver software at a higher quality faster.

This course covers the concept of continuous integration, continuous delivery, microservices, infrastructure as code monitoring and orchestration and how they are incorporated into DevOps functions. Learn and appreciate how DevOps is being implemented in various industries and glean insights into the practices and principles adopted. Industry relevant hands-on exercises and case studies are used to enhance the learning on implementation of DevOps services.

Who Should Attend

This interactive three-day programme is designed for technology and operations management professionals such as Software Architects, Technical Project Managers, Build Engineers/Managers, Development and QA engineers, Platform Support/Administration Teams, Operations Engineer, and Release Engineers.

Pre-requisites

  • Possess basic understanding of software delivery and IT skills such as LINUX command line
  • Possess at least a basic diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Possess a good command of the English language
  • Possess good analytical and evaluation skills
  • Possess good problem-solving skills and communication skills

Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate from Singapore Management University.

Full Fee: S$3,210 (including GST)

Fee Payable after SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funding for Individuals:

  • S$963 (including GST) for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents
  • S$363 (including GST) for Singapore Citizens aged 40 years and above

SkillsFuture Credit is also applicable for this programme.

FUNDING SUPPORT

Course fee grant at 70% of course fees (excluding GST) for participants who are successfully enrolled by SMU into approved courses under the SkillsFuture Series. Participants must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.

SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy ("MCES")

  • Up to 90% of course fees for Singapore Citizens aged 40 years and above

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs ("ETSS")

  • Up to 90% of course fees; and
  • 80% of basic hourly salary capped at $7.50/hr for local employees of SMEs
